Who We Are

Established in 2007, Women in Information Technology Management (WITM) aims to shed light on the significant gender disparity within the Business Technology Management (BTM) program IT industry and corporate environment. TRSS Awards

The Ted Rogers Students' Society (TRSS) Awards celebrate the hard work and dedication of student groups that make a significant impact on the university community. WITM is proud to have its efforts consistently recognized through these awards.

These recognitions reflect the positive influence WITM has had on enhancing the university's culture, supporting student development, and encouraging a diverse and dynamic campus. We are grateful for the university's acknowledgment of our contributions, and we remain committed to continuing our mission of empowerment, education, and community building.

Empowered Women, Empower Women

At the helm of WITM are our dynamic Co-Presidents, who embody the spirit of leadership, innovation, and empowerment. With a shared vision to inspire and support women in technology and management, they lead with passion and purpose, driving forward initiatives that create opportunities, build connections, and foster an inclusive community.
