Welcome.

The EmpowerTech Conference represents a collective commitment and vision for the future, one where technology is guided by the principles of inclusion, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership. More than an event, it embodies a vision that has shaped my journey: creating a space where community and innovation come together to spark real, lasting change in the tech landscape.

​When I first stepped into my role as VP of Conference for Women in IT Management (WITM), I took time to reflect on the opportunities and experiences I was fortunate to gain during my previous year on the team. I’ve witnessed firsthand the shared drive and commitment that brings our community together, and I continue to be inspired by the women who lead with strength, insight, and authenticity. The theme Connected Futures was born from these experiences, and is rooted in the belief that meaningful relationships fuel growth.

My hope is that this conference offers students, professionals, and industry leaders the opportunity to grow in that same spirit of connection and possibility. In many ways, this conference is a reflection of the very community that shaped me, and I’m honored to help create that same experience for others.
